This is a great spot to come on the weekends for some fresh air. Maybe during the week, although, I haven't been here during the week, so I can't say.
You can always take a walk around the park, walk around downtown, hit up Dauphin Street for the peanut shop or picnic in the park. Even with Covid-19 still lurking, the park is big enough to enjoy and social distance.
There's not much to do here but several people come here to take pictures. It's very popular for tourist and locals for pretty much any occasion because the backdrop is the RSA tower and the Riverview Renaissance.

Read moreI wanted to have a feel for downtown Mobile on my way to New Orleans, so I made a brief stop here. The park seems a work in progress to me and feels unfinished, in the sense that the idea looks incomplete. Other than the sculptures in reference to the Mardi Gras, there is nothing really special about this place. No design or architectural features that makes it feel worth visiting. My babies was disappointed cause they missed it. Then the vendors was in places we had too go through crowds too get too& the lines was n the street trying too stand n line for stuff. It was awful.
