Ok, I don’t do this often, but this place is so not worth eating at. This food is mediocre at best. The “nachos” came out with NO cheese! I wish had a picture but I didn’t get a chance to take one. I simply asked the waitress for some more cheese and she said it would be an up charge. If you had seen the laughable amount of cheese on these you would realize my shock. So I asked for the manager to see if he would at least make it right...ummm...no. He said that is the amount of cheese allotted for the nachos and if I wanted more it would cost extra (keep in mind we had already paid extra for sour cream and salsa FOR NACHOS!). After that we asked that he just take them and we would just pay for our drinks and go. He said our food was ready and walked off never to be seen again. We then took our food to go, which I now regret. It was not good. Anyway, after getting back to the hotel I called to find out who the main person in charge was because I knew it couldn’t be the cowardly man that retreated back to the bar never to return again. Of course the bartender answered. He immediately hung up on me when I asked who his manager was...then when I called back he lied to me about who the manager was. Finally, I called the other location to report the incident since I knew “Tim” at the downtown location was not going to help me in any way. I was told that I would be receiving a call from the real manager tomorrow. Hopefully, I will. If you are ever in downtown Mobile, save your money and your time. So many better options. I highly recommend Montego’s and Loda!
