A little overpriced especially for how little they pay for used items but if you're really into movies, music, anime, Marvel, Harry Potter, & the list goes on then there is much to choose from. The other reason I gave 3 stars is because last time I went there I found a Bluetooth speaker on sale (which was awesome) however I was hesitant to purchase it cause the previous time I went there I was told by an employee that once I opened it I WOULD NOT be able to return it OR even exchange it for a higher priced item! However, as I'm standing there contemplating whether I should buy it a different/NICER employee informed me that what I had previously been told WAS A LIE!!! Read morePrices kind of seem a bit steep for most merchandise but you can come across deals every now and then. Not to mention it's a great place to just browse and find interesting collectibles. The staff is very friendly and attentive to serving you in terms of finding things you are interested in. The FYE membership can be very useful just an FYI. You get 10% off purchases in store and when you go to the movies or dinner FYE reimburses you via online. You just create an account online and send them your ticket stubs or receipt for dining or entertainment. There is a cap everymonth on rebates but I assure you they pay for the membership...

I provided my email and come to find out I’ve been charging $11.99 on my bank statement every month for a FYE backstage pass on the card I used at the time of my purchase. I was never informed I was being signed up for a membership. And now I’ve been charged a total of nearly $100 when I’ve only gone to the store once.. I won’t ever go back for this reason.
