They claim to accept coupons, but once inside (because you also can't use the coupon in the drive-thru) and while placing your order, they then tell you that you can only use them on certain subs. Actually, only the once $5 subs only. The coupons already state which subs are excluded, but THIS location on Lamy Lane goes a step farther and restricts all of the newer subs. Their prices are also higher than other locations in the area. Either accept the coupons as printed, or not at all.
Unfortunately, I'm not interested in running a Subway, maybe a Chipotle. Although it was 4 days ago, I don't care if it were 4 months ago. When you replied to my initial complaint, the only thing you made time to address was the service, nothing about my questions on the coupon. And the coupon clearly states participation may vary, not, stores have the right to pick and choose how they can be redeemed. The coupons also explicitly state (so you know before you go) which sandwiches are excluded. I'm only interested in the unwritten policy at your location, not other restaurants; stay on topic. Read moreAfter waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive thru line, I finally got to the pickup window where the young man (not the usual man that works the pickup window) proceeded to talk about me. The window wasn't closed completely so I could hear everything he was saying. I sat at the pickup window for another 3 or 4 minutes only to be given the wrong order. I had to drive back, park, and go into this location (the drive thru line was still backed up around the building) to return the incorrect order and request a refund. I spent the majority of my lunch hour trying to get a 6 inch turkey sandwich. Read moreMy husband and I have always had great service at this Subway but today was beyond belief... my husband pulled to the window, put his hand out to give his card to pay... the sweet young man took his card, handed my husband back his card and sandwich and then asked him to wait a moment. He went to his first aid kit and got my husband a band aid and antibiotic ointment, brought it to him and said, “I noticed you had a cut on your finger, use this to cover it up. There’s so many germs out there you need to be careful.” Can you say WONDERFUL!! The world needs more like this young man!!
