I was working out at the LA FITNESS prior to deciding to take classes at Juniper. I was so unmotivated and bored with the same old gym routine. Fitness began to feel like a chore and extremely out of reach. I was looking for something more personal and that's exactly what I got when I started at Juniper. The instructors acknowledge you when you come into classes whether you're a regular or a first-timer, they ask for your name when you're new in a class and quickly remember your name as you continue to come. I had not taken many yoga/fitness classes before coming to Juniper and was a little nervous I would be extremely lost, but I fit right in. The instructors are very knowledgeable, they give you modifications and will even stay after class to go over anything you have questions about. I decided to join as a member two weeks after taking advantage of their intro-month promo. What I love most is that they continue to add new types of fitness classes to their schedule, classes are offered at a variety of times to allow you the ability to attend basically all class types whether you have availability in the morning, afternoon, or evening. I love the diversity of the classes and the fact that instructors aren't looking for perfection yet progression. They respect everyone's limitations and allow you to take breaks as you please without judgment while gently pushing you to reach new limits. It's obvious that Grace and Tina truly love the work they do at Juniper and care about the programming they offer. It feels like more than a business, it's a family. I've dealt mainly with Grace who has been such a doll. I leave feeling like I've gotten the best full-body workout and motivated to come back and do better than I did in my last class. I find myself planning life around classes because I don't want to miss them haha. If you're on the fence, come take class, you won't regret it! Thank you to Grace, Dante, and Tristin for an amazing...
Read moreJuniper yoga and fitness’ Hot 26 yoga class completely transformed my perspective on both yoga and fitness. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I felt an immediate sense of calm and focus.
Zack is incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through a dynamic sequence that challenged both my strength and flexibility. His clear instructions and encouraging demeanor made it easy to follow along, even when the poses became more intense. The heat amplified the workout, making every stretch feel deeper and every movement more intentional.
What I absolutely love about this class is the way it leaves me feeling afterward—completely rejuvenated, with a clear mind and a sense of accomplishment. The combination of physical exertion and mindfulness is unparalleled. The supportive community within the class also adds to the positive experience, creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and motivated.
I highly recommend this hot yoga class to anyone looking to enhance their physical fitness, mental clarity, and overall well-being. It’s truly a transformative practice that I look forward to every week. And...
Read moreMy husband and I have been with Juniper for a couple of months now, and so far things have been great. The front desk staff is friendly, and scheduling online is a breeze. We were long time clients at Zura in Montclair until it closed down as a by-product of the pandemic...and when we finally felt comfortable being in a closed hot room with unmasked people breathing deeply once again, we gave Juniper a look since the studio is even closer to our house than Zura was. We love the Hot26 class and the three available length variations, and the Yin class is AWESOME too (although it would be really nice if they'd add a weekday evening Yin session instead of having just the one on Sunday). It's also been nice to see some of our old instructors from Zura teaching at Juniper, so there's a sense of community and familiarity that way too.
I'd recommend checking Juniper out - and if you're on the fence, the new student intro special is a great way to give the place...
