I rented 12 chairs from them over the weekend. My in law went to drop them off for me because we had other plans and couldn’t go. I thought it would be a simple drop off and return my $60 deposit. I bought 2 'number' balloons and a 6pk of balloons with confetti inside. They charge $10 per 'number balloon,' charge for the pack of balloons and charge to individually fill each balloon for $1.50 each. My total was over $30 after tax.

I get home about 30min after picking them up and two balloons are already falling... then I realize I only recieved 5 balloons. I was charged for 6. They must have popped one and forgot to mention it.
