Larkin Park — Attraction in Monterey

I've been visiting this park for more than 10 years now. It has a bit of everything with a playground area, basketball court, open grassy field, baseball field, picnic tables, and public restrooms. Unfortunately, the restrooms are often locked, the water fountains are turned off, and the basketball court has many cracks and bumps in it.
