I decided to stop at this particular Chick-fil-A because I was craving a chicken sandwich for lunch. The guys outside took my order and moved me along quickly, but after driving to the entrance where I received my food I noticed I didn't have a straw in my bag. Because of this, I asked the young lady if I could get a straw to go with my lemonade. She looked at me with the same scowl that she had when she first gave me my food, except this time she rolled her eyes while doing so. Thereafter, she yelled for a straw and one was promptly given to her to give to me. I didn't understand the attitude based upon a mistake made by her, but I didn't make a big deal about it. Then, I looked in my bag further and realized in addition to leaving my straw out of the bag, she also left out the sauce that I asked for. By then, it was too late to turn around, so I just ate my fries without any sauce. After all, I could only imagine the reaction I would have gotten if I would have turned around for sauce, especially if a missing straw received such a scowl. I believe I will stick to going to the Chick-fil-A in Eastchase. This was my second time visiting this particular Chick-fil-A, and each time it left a lot to be desired as far as...
Read moreComplaint: I'm a blue-collar white man who travels for work. In all of my years eating Chick-fil-A's throughout the USA, this is the first experience of racism. It's obvious this restaurant #05091 didn't want to cater to me. The look of disdain on people's faces when I came in the restaurant is appalling. I was not greeted and did not feel welcomed but sat to eat my breakfast before going to work. I went to the counter to have my coffee refilled, and no one acknowledged me! Stood there nearly 3 minutes, when a black man came in from outside, went to the counter, and he was immediately acknowledged and took his order BEFORE offering to refill my coffee! Check the cameras for the accuracy of my statement. A CLEAR INDICATION OF RACISM! I immigrated to this country thirty years ago, and this is the first time I can remember being in a restaurant where I literally felt like I should leave because of the color of my skin. I believe it is not your policy to promote or stand for racism. God bless them as...
Read moreI wouldn't spend another dime at Chick-fil-A. Every time you go there someone telling you how they cook the food per the company's request. But the company don't pay for my food or give it for free. They can't cook your food fresh because it tastes time and hold up there line. But you will serve me incubator warmed food biscuits soggy cause they're wrapped in that aluminum wrapper sitting under the warm. The hash browns are cold unless run out of warmer food that's when they cook fresh food. Now you might get many to except that but not me. Now that I know that's your policy I can't stand for that because I work hard for my money to give it away. How could a company make millions but sale they soul for poor quality. The devil is I lie. Miss me...
