Consider going inside to order…This location seems to have terrible management of online/lane pickups. Since we left I have read other reviews of online ordering and pick up lane issues at this location. Hopefully a GM will step in and make changes. So many people, like us, love online orders with the quick lane pickup option when in a time crunch. What should have taken a few min took 30 min for us, and would have taken even longer if I didn’t go inside to force another option.
WORST managed Chipotle we have ever been to. Got in the pick up lane at 1:10pm for an order that was to be ready at 1 PM. We always give them more time just in case. At 1:20 PM the two cars in front of us still had not moved at all. There were now cars behind us making us stuck since there is no side lane to pull around someone. So I got out of the car to go inside to take a look at what was going on inside.
NO LINE inside. When I inquired about my order it still wasn’t completed and they said it would be soon. When I explained how it was supposed to be ready 20 min ago, and I could literally order in line right now and get my order sooner. Magically, then they find my bag and give it to me. Now I’m explaining if the two cars in front of us in the lane are not ready, they need to have them pull into a parking spot to wait on their orders so us and others aren’t stuck. I’m met with blank stares and no apologies regarding our experience. Horrible customer service. I insist again they have the cars move so we can get out, they say they will.
I take my bag to my car and continue to wait for the other two cars to move. Now as we pass out all of our items we realize we are MISSING an item.
So we pull around and I go in. When I explain what we are missing to the women working the lane, I’m met with blank stares, AGAIN. At this point I was beyond frustrated with the poor service and said as much. Thankfully a gentleman working the dine in line stepped in to speak to me and made our missing bowl. He was attentive, quick, and kind. When I commented at how terrible all of this was, he said the manager is here. I said ok I would like to talk to the manager. He said she is over there you already have, the one at the lane, SHE IS THE MANAGER. I was floored!
The manager was clearly managing nothing! No time management, no process management, no team management and no service management! She was the one giving me the most blank stares as if she had no clue what to do. Thank you to the gentleman who stepped up to help me. He should be the manager on shift. Read moreThis was so unfortunate. What was a real bummer was that the nice falla made my bowl, we had lovely exchange, then he placed my food by the register and went to serve another customer. I thought he said someone was coming, what I missed was he said he would cash me out AFTER he took care of the customers behind me. My party had already ordered and were sitting eating at this point. So I stood...then I asked because I clearly didn't understand, and wow.....he was so rude. The couple behind me was order three items, clearly going to take time, why did I have to wait to pay for just me until he was done with other customers??? I went and sat and waited for someone else to come and cash me out. The attitude from the young fella was so evident and clearly had been not speaking well of me the his current customers as I got major stink eye from all. Read moreI wish I could give this chipotle location a zero out of five stars. Before work, I decided to get a quesadilla meal with chips and a drink. They were out of vinaigrette, which is common for chipotle‘s nowadays for some odd reason. Upon looking in my bag I didn’t have any black beans or chips. I was highly upset, but was still hungry so I ate what I had upon examining my quesadilla. I saw a blackish purpleish piece of chicken in my quesadilla. (I wish I would have snapped a picture so everyone that looks up a review can see how disgusting they are, but i was worried more about not trying to THROW UP) It looked rotten ABSOLUTELY unacceptable, sooooo GROSS.
