Went to hear the Vienna Light Symphony Orchestra . It’s a neat old building but a little interesting to navigate. There were very few staff and no one helped us find our seats. The ladies room is awkwardly down stairs, and by awkwardly I mean it’s somewhat difficult to navigate if there are 25 women in line because you have to come back up the stairs past others still waiting in line (2 way traffic). The stalls are too close to the sinks and that made for the awkward bathroom dance to get to wash and dry your hands. Our seats were way up in the balcony, and while we had a somewhat unobstructed view of the stage (tall people in front of us) the sound was not good. Read moreI went here to see the Candlelight Concert. It is located in downtown Montgomery, AL right across Rosa Parks Museum. There are parking spaces around the area and are free from 6pm. The theater is university owned and managed. There are restaurants nearby, and I saw a cafe beside it but it was close when I went there. It is big and clean. The theather crews were nice. Read moreThis historic theatre is just the right size and in a great location. It has not been restored to its former glory but it still has a historical nod here and there. Ive been to several events here and they have never offered any concessions...not even water. Even more sad is the businesses along the street dont open pre', during, or post events either. No food truck...nothing. Missed opportunities. Otherwise, it satisfies...
