I, my boss and two of my coworkers visited Bib Street Pizza this past Friday and left after over an hour of waiting for our food. Considering we're military, we're only given an hour for lunch and don't have the luxury of being loose on time. We ordered our food, sat down and conversed until we noticed that people who arrived after us started receiving their food. My coworkers noticed a pizza that was burnt where they were baking, but I couldn't look due to my back being turned. We speculated it was ours.
We were never given an explanation as to why our food never came out. If the burnt pizza was indeed ours, someone should have approached and informed us. Instead, we sat and waited for an hour until my boss went up to the counter asking for a refund. Funnily enough, that's when they called our number with our order; however, it was too late by then.
Bib Street Pizza Company - I understand that you can get busy during lunch hours and lose track of certain things. Before I joined the military, I used to work at a popular restaurant so I understand. However, a lack of communication as well as low awareness is not acceptable and does not excuse bad customer service. If you make a mistake (burn a pizza), please have the decency to inform the customer instead of leaving him or her in the dark. If you see a military member, please be aware that he or she is on limited time before going back to work.
You can have the best pizza in Montgomery, but terrible customer service will always deter people like myself from revisiting your establishment. Hopefully you can learn from this mistake and improve. Until then, I won't be revisiting anytime soon. This is actually the 2nd time I've been in a situation when the service wasn't...
Read morePlaced order online 7:56 pm so I can be there before rain via the slice app. Arrived on time to pick up order 8:24pm Food wasn’t ready but they were busy. However other customers came in and ordered and got there food promptly. They thought everything was ready but forgot a meal so I had to wait longer. Food wasn’t ready until 9:10pm. Just gave boxes no bags utensils until I asked for them. Food was good but no longer hot as we had to wait for other meal to be ready. Had to walk back to hotel a block away in rain due to their delay. Management made no attempts to rectify issue. They said I had to call slice
Contacted slice and explained what happened they called store and manager would not refund anything for issues.
Slice told me to call store. I talked Patrick and he said I got an extra sub. I corrected him that I didn’t I had two large meatball subs and a regular meatball sub with chips ( I didn’t get chips) two pepperoni slices, one cheese slice, and a Stromboli which they forgot to make.
One box had a large meatball sub One box had a large meatball sub and a regular meatball sub (this is where he thought I got an extra one) One box had 2 slices of pepperoni One box had a cheese slice Last box which they forgot was the Stromboli
Oh yeah they forgot my chips for the sandwiches
I told him other people came in same time I did to pick up my order which was not ready. That family ordered sat and ate food and left before I got my order. They stated they were busy but I placed my order 30 minutes before they walked in the door. Shouldn’t my order have been completed first?
Requested management email and sent same message in this review. Waiting on response.

Read moreCustomer service is really lacking- rude & petty. We ordered 3 large pizzas, fried zucchini, 3 tiramisus & a cannoli last night. I recently had surgery & cant be on my feet so we opted for delivery through Slice. Order delivers & the desserts aren't there. Here's where the problem started- I called Bibb Street to explain we didn't receive the desserts thinking either the driver could come back or at the least they'd refund them. The girl was straight up rude. Said she specifically remembered handing them to the driver. Spoke with a manager who said we could come up there to get replacements but again, no refund. So my husband's gets around to go up there. While he's doing that, I contacted Slice- again thinking the driver could just come back with them. Turns out the girl at Bibb St lied. The customer service agent said the driver couldn't return with them because she called the restaurant and they were still there. She said that Bibb St was refunding them as an apology. I was angry they lied and turned this whole thing into a major ordeal. My husband picked them up, leaving me alone for over 45 mins. They did refund the desserts for 3 minutes- literally took them off then 3 mins later I received another notification that the charges we added back on. We stopped ordering from there earlier part of this year because they were rude- my son asked what the cannoli was & she sarcastically replied "You don't know what a cannoli it?" He's 12. After this mess, definitely won't...
