Moreno Valley Conference & Recreation Center — Attraction in Moreno Valley

They are liars. I reserved a shelter for my dughter's birthday party and they said that if it rained my money would be returned. Well let's start with I paid for electricity and it wasn't unlocked until about 12 when my reservation started at 10am! I had to call the "park ranger" number about 15 times before someone answered. They said they would contact the person responsible for the electrical lock and call me back... I had to call them back and they said they weren't able to reach him, she apologized and came and did it her self at almost noon. Then after they left and we were all set up jumper and all it started to rain of course. Well i called today to let them know it rained and they said I decided to stay so basically I don't get my money back. They also said that the park ranger didnt rwport it rained... well fyi lady no one was there! No park ranger no body!!!! Sounds like an acception to the rules to me... but anyway long story short the lady kept asking me questions as if I were dumb so I just hung up. I won't be reserving anything else with Moreno Valley, and they should be more clear when it comes to how refunds work. Period. Cheated me...

I went to this conference center to attend the Memorial of Jesus Christ. Whoever decorated the room for us, did such a wonderful job. It is very cozy there, it is a really big, big room. As I entered, I was greeted by a really nice security guard. On my way to the conference room, the hallway was spotless. I did not get a chance to check out the restrooms but I didn't hear anything bad about them. After the Memorial, there's a lot of people there. I sat in the front so I didn't notice all the people in the back. So when it was time to go, I was so happy that they had two entrances to the side to leave from, instead of the main entrance that we walked in. Overall, the conference Hall is really nice. It could actually fit......a wedding, it's pretty big. It doesn't look that big from the outside. I really enjoyed the time I spent there....

In regards to the Youth Sports, this Center has went down tremendously. The staff is LAZY, the basketball court is never cleaned. The same blood stains are on the court. The issue rules but do not adhere them to their friends that they have coaching. The old management is definitely missed because they genuinely cared about the kids. Surveys need to be given to the parents to complete in order to confirm what I just said. Meanwhile, please change the management/staff over the Youth Sports. The kids are not coming back to play here for a reason. Check...
