I’m a big fan of Ulta and have been shopping at this location since it opened. I always get my eyebrows done at the benefit bar. So I go in today to see if they have any openings mind you it’s around 6 and I know it’s a holiday so I wasn’t expecting there to be any openings, but I thought I would try. I asked one of the employees if she could see if there were any openings so she went and asked the girl if she had any openings. Unfortunately she had one more appointment and then she was off for the day and they didn’t have any openings for tomorrow. I was like ok thanks anyways. I continued to walk around and shop. The girl who helped me out earlier and the benefits girl( a thick girl with bright purple hair)happened to be standing behind me I could see them because their was a mirror in front of me. The benefits girl told the other girl my last appt is late and I don’t think she is coming, so the girl told her well she is interested(pointing to me) in getting a service done and I could see the benefit worker in the mirror shake her head no like she didn’t want to take me. I thinks it’s rude of her to automatically reject a paying customer like that especially when I was standing right there. I even would have tipped her good because I was the last costumer and she would be doing me a big favor by squeezing me in, but next time I go and if she happens to be the one to do my eyebrows I’m definitely not tipping and I’ll also tell the manager about my experience from today. I just wish I had...
Read moreI've purchased from this Ulta Beauty twice. Each time has been very awkward. My first time, I had no idea what I was doing, but was in desperate need of cosmetics. I tried asking a few employees for help and recommendations, but they gave me slightly helpful(but not really) answers while walking away from me to continue doing whatever they were doing. Then, when I found what I wanted and headed to the checkout area... the person that was ringing up my items enrolled me in a membership... without asking me. After he asked for my email and phone number I knew what he was doing and didn't mind... but when the transaction was completed he said "oh I also signed you up for a rewards card". Dafuq? Is that your way of obtaining my permission? My second time there, I asked the checkout attendant if she recommended a certain mascara she stated "well I haven't heard anything bad about it."... why would you have a $23 mascara at the register and only have that to say when someone asks if you recommend it? The mascara sucked balls and I'm going to burn it. Hopefully with my memories of this Ulta. Go to Sephora in the JC Penny at the Moreno Valley Mall. They are 100...
Read moreI waited almost 2 weeks for this review . I had a really bad experience with a hair salon stylist name heather . She’s considered elite and I don’t think I received what I asked for , I went inside with lights and I just wanted a full head highlight touch up and a hair cut with my extensions . I took my 8 clips extensions so that the stylist can cut them , the bad part was the hair color . Once heather was done with my hair I noticed it looked dark , I wasn’t able to see my hilights anymore . It’s like the color of my base and my hilights blended in together , I came out of the salon with a whole different hair color . Which I paid 365$ in total , it was so fustrated to see how unprofessional work . I called the salon manager the next day and explained the situation and they offered me a clarifying process and a hair treatment for it won’t damage And I accepted , went back and still came out with dark hair , the problem wasn’t solve . Now that I waited 2 weeks my toner weared off and now I see some Ugly Orange patches 😒 so mad at that . Now I gotta spend more money to bring back...
