Updated comment March 2023 I was not able to add another separate review. I will definitely be looking for another location. No napkins, No ice tea, code to bathroom access, No sanitizer. Over all looking really bad and of course prices really high. I hear other people complaining
I like Chipotle and visit the restaurants often. I noticed a few things. I often get new kids/ employees that are very cautious about the the amount of protein they put on my bowl. Because these employees are so young, often they are very playful with each other and don't pay attention or provide elite customer service. I assume the reason is because their manager must also be young and not experienced. I also notice new faces all the time. The job is not difficult and I don't think is the employees but more the " Employer" who's goal is to give the young energetic employees as little hrs work as possible and at low pay with no benefits. This is the Wall-mart, Mcdonalds and every other huge successful Corporation's Strategy. Today I got my meal on a brown bowl container which means that the company has down grated to recycled paper bowls. The white bowls were more presentable and our food looked better in it. Read moreEach visit has been worse and worse now. I wanted to give it another chance tonight and I’ve had it. Completely understaffed, especially during peak/ weekends. Staff are completely unaware of awareness of fast paced and cleanliness. 6/7/22 tonight I witnessed counter dirty and staff wiping down the counters with the same gloves they are serving food. Staff will terrible customer service and not a knowledgeable of their busy room. I asked for tortilla on the side and staff Ridley throws at counter . My total is 31.34 and I want to pay in cash $40, and there is no cash apparently!!! On a busy Friday night . Unbelievable. Food portions , terrible and veggies not fresh . As much as I wanted to walk out but it was my family’s request of a quick take out dinner . I kept thinking it was the staffs fault tonight but at this point it’s poor management! Management should schedule accordingly or be present ! Management should properly train their staff for their fast paced restaurant. Read moreI will NEVER return to this location again (moreno valley). The young man who was preparing our food was very pleasant, even though you can tell he was embarrased as they were out of everything (meat). He did his best to start our order. Then our bowls sat there while 3 young girls stood around looking very confused. After several minutes i asked what we were waiting on. One girl finally came over and finished completing our order. Several more minutes waiting for our orders to be rung up, i asked for some chips to be added to our order. I was told the chips were only for the mobile orders. Trying not to flip out i paid and went home. My granddaughter started eating and stated her meat tasted like slimy fish (carnitas). I was going to just trade her for mine and as i started to eat it i just couldn't do it. I go back with bowl in hand to ask for a refund. After several eye rolls and sighs from the cashier i asked for the supervisor. I was informed by the supervisor that there was nothing wrong with the meat as she is required to taste all the meat every hour . I stood there dumbfounded. I did end up with a refund but im still in shock at the customer service i received....
