Del Taco — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Worst del taco I have ever been too . Went tonight around 11pm thru drive thru and ordered 3 chicken lover muncho meals and some cheesecake bites. I paid for the food and then was told to reverse backwards out of window view with no explanation and then told they would open the windows when order was ready. Waited over 10 minutes so I finally pulled back up to window and the workers were chatting and not making any orders . When they saw me they started working again and within 5 mins my food was ready al.ost 20 minutes after I placed my order. I asked the manager (FRANK) why the food took over 20 minutes and he replied very rudely that they are busy and I can complain if i want . It wasn't till I left that I realized food was wrong and the churros I was given were burnt to biscuits and the worst I ever had . I would stay away. Frank was very rude and unapologetic. I will never go back to that location it's so bad now and with people like frank in charge I'll pass . Raising cane's next door will be my go to now ....

I ate-in here yesterday for lunch and when I ordered my 2 grilled chicken tacos the man at the counter told me they were out of white sauce. I’ve never had that happen before but I went ahead and ordered them anyway. Then I asked if I could get some sour cream, on the side, instead. Cashier said yes. I paid for my meal and sat down. Checked my receipt only to find he charged me 60 cents for the sour cream! I wouldn’t have needed to order it if they had the white sauce.

When I picked up my order I told the cashier I wouldn’t have ordered the sour cream if I knew he was going to charge for it. His response “I didn’t know we did.” Not an I’m sorry or how can I fix it…nothing. I drive around a lot for work and I will cross this off my list of Del Tacos to visit.

I've been to this place 4 times, each time our order was wrong. It happened again tonight. The drive thru is trash here, that is the only explanation to have consistently bad service like this. Look in the bag! I advise anyone who is sick of the service here and having your Del taco experience ruined by carelessness, to take the survey on your receipt! That the only way to see change, that's when the district manager and area managers get involved and start pressing the crew to provide a quality experience. I understand that this is fast food,and it 's not that serious but My husband went to get dinner tonight so I could just relax , but instead of relaxing I found myself driving back to Del taco to get the correct order (when they fail once again to provide the...
