I was extremely excited to visit this new 85°C location because it's pretty close to where I live. It always brought me joy to visit their Corona bakery, however, I loved the idea of being able to go often to one of my favorite bakery and cafe. In my visit yesterday, I was sadly met with disappointment. Upon entry, the interior and atmosphere was great, I love the wide space and simplistic theme. My girlfriend and I had purchased several pastries, as well as a slice of their Red Velvet cake, Cookies and Cream Mousse, and drinks (Strawberry Matcha & Sea Salt Matcha). We sat down to enjoy the dessert, which tasted amazing, the cake and mousse were both not overly sweet. When our order number was called for our drinks, only one had came out, when usually, orders are sent out altogether. Despite my off feeling, I decided to wait a few minutes for the other drink. It never came, and upon asking someone for help, they looked at my order number, which resembled the order they were currently sending out, and asked me to take the drink. I told them that it wasn't the same order, and my drink had never arrived, however, I'm not sure that came across, and they had told me to just take the drink. Obviously, I don't take someone else's order, and I try again to ask for help. I ask a second person for help, inquiring that I'm missing one of two drinks. However, they leave and never come back. At that point, I waited over 40 minutes and decide that it's not worth staying for after being ignored. I genuinely did not want to be met with disappointment and tried my hardest to be patient and positive, because I truly appreciate the customer service and experience coming to 85°C in the past. It shocked me a great deal to come in and receive unpleasant service, and a waste of money on a drink that was never received. I hope that no one else has experienced this, because this is still a great bakery with great-tasting drinks...

The familiar chant “fresh bread” can finally be heard at the new 85°C Bakery Cafe (“85 Degrees”) in Moreno Valley.
Although not officially opened until the end of May, guests are welcome to come in and purchase some baked goods and drinks during the Soft Opening.
85°C is located just south of the 60 freeway on Frederick. To find this bakery, look for HomeGoods, Chase and Dollar Tree. This is closer to the Dollar Tree, and across from La Michoacana.
This popular bakery is huge and beautiful. It’s roomy and spacious. The countertop is long and wide. And you can pay with a person or via a kiosk. It helps if you have the 85°C app on your smartphone, as they usually have perks for discounted or free items.
It smells so delicious here and the treats make such great gifts when you want to visit someone and bring something. They offer baked breads, pastries, cakes and drinks. Some of the items I enjoy here are the Premium Milk bread, egg tarts, and Sea Salt Caramel Iced Coffee.
Parking is very limited but there’s plenty of parking spaces just a walk away.
Overall, it’s really exciting to have 85°C in Moreno Valley and we won’t have to drive a distance to get...
Read moreI was so excited when I learned that 85 degrees bakery was opening in my hometown. But, every time I have come to this location, I am extremely disappointed. First the parking is absolutely horrendous. But fine, I tell myself I'll make the walk around the block for their sweet and savory breads and unique coffee options.
The shelves are almost always empty or minimal bread options. Further, the breads out on display don't have any Labels or the labels are incorrect. The line is almost usually super long and, for some reason, the line does not move as fast as other locations. Today, a group of neighboring workers (cable network) came in, and one of them stood in the line while the rest of them picked out their bread, then they all jumped the line and each paid separately. Which was a problem for me because I was in break.
In the past, I've waited over 30 minutes for my drink to be ready.
I guess I'll just stick to the corona location, whenever i'm in the area,...
