Pho Le — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Went for lunch about a year ago. First time. Not many patrons at the time, so I thought I had come at a good time. Got seated, went to the restroom to wash my hands and sat right back down. The few waiters and waitresses working were not busy with other customers. Looked over the menu and made my choices. Sat for 5 minutes, observed one waiter conversing with a couple 2 tables behind me. He walked by but didn't asked if I wanted something to drink. Waited another 5 minutes and noticed a button and sign. Push for service. Push it and waited 5 more minutes but no one came to my table. The waiter came over but he walked over to the couple behind me and spoke to them. Walked by me again. Waited for a few more minutes. Made eye contact with another waiter but he just looked away. The staff does not fill up your water which I thought was really weird. I tried to flag down a server for 10 minutes but couldn’t, and then I saw a water jug in the middle so I ended up pouring it myself because it had been 15 minutes with no water. I thought it’s weird they don’t pour water, especially since 2 servers saw our empty cups waiting at the end of the table and ignored it, one even saw it twice! He was like a high school or college boy worker and was so lazy, he just walked around wasting time. Turns out they do serve water, just not to us I guess. We stopped by Pho Le on the way back to Phoenix from da LBC. Seriously, the reason I wanted to stop here was because of how the banh beo was presented. It was IG worthy. (Fiance - palm to forehead) Don't you guys feel bad for the guy... this is what you get when you are with a yelping IGer! Just sayin'. Anyway, their banh beo was delicious. Great consistency and perfect . My fiance had the stir fried beef and lemongrass vermicelli and he said it was tasty! I also ordered the escargot with ginger and there were a ton of them in the small pot. Definitely, worth the try. It's in a small shopping center so there's plenty of parking.
