Hi everyone just wanted to give you a heads up about this place as a first time customer this was by far the worst Chinese food I ever tasted send my hubby and son to go pick up some food because today was an exhausting day and didn’t feel like cooking. When they got back we began to eat as my son kept trying to tell me something but my hubby told him to just be quite because we are eating...The chow mein had no flavor and tasted very different from the rest then when I grabbed my egg roll I noticed lil hairs all over it and 2 really big indent marks that look like teeth imprints as I showed my family this both my son and hubby closed their box and my son instantly began throwing up when he was done he said that’s what I was trying to tell you. He said after they got finished packing the plates and paid they were waiting on the egg rolls when the cook started screaming and talking mad crazy in Chinese then another guy worker and the lady who was taking the order grabbed a dust pan and rushed over to him. my hubby said what is that is there a rat and she said no it’s water And grabbed the egg rolls as my son got done telling me this I closed my box and my hubby was running to go throw up his self I gave him a napkin and water then I began throwing as well even tho I hardly ate it was so disturbing hearing all of this!!!big wast of money !!spent over 60 that was just thrown up or thrown away. Now everyone is going to bed with a upset stomach and empty stomach!! Just choose anywhere else and save your time the disappointment. They were not rude at all it was just the situation, story and the tast of the...
Read more(Original review was ⭐️ ⭐️)The last time I was here the food texture was basically mush. Sure it tasted like what you’d expect but mush. We tried this place when we first moved here... not good enough to come back. Panda is better than this. Sorry.
Update: it’s been 10 years since I’ve stepped into the establishment which started my journey into the Google review business. An experience so disappointing that I waited 6 years to write the review of my original visit after waking up from a deep sleep coma.
Today, I walked in to a familiar smell… and the room began to spin. Filled with feelings of regret and sadness as I walked up to the counter with deliciously looking food but anticipated food empty of flavor. Still, hungry and tired of Panda, I proceeded to order Orange Chicken, Garlic chicken and all Chow mein. We drove home, not long enough to greatly effect texture of food temperature and cause mushiness. We sat down to eat. 🫣 🙏
If you got this far in my review then you will be pleased to know that the food was much better than I had expected. Texture was crunchy, full of flavor and at least 3x more food than panda and cheaper. 🐼 💰
There isn’t anything fancy about this place. It doesn’t stand out from other restaurants like this. They don’t go above and beyond in service. This isn’t Lotus Garden or Dragon House. That being said, well done. 👍
Eat here if you wish. Better than...
Read moreI have been wanting to stop by Canton after a coworker recommended it. So I stopped in to carry out some dinner at 7:30.
When I arrived, I was a little surprised at how limited the seating was. But most people appeared to be carrying out food so there were seats available. The hot food looked fresh and well prepared. I ordered the 2 entre combo for $7.49 (drink not included) with garlic chicken and kung pow chicken. I also wanted to try the cheese wontons (made with imitation crab) and received 6 for $4.95. I had to wait a few minutes for the wontons to cook, but that was fine. I paid with my debit card and they let me know there is a $0.30 charge for this. The staff were very friendly and kind, and I appreciated the warning.
When I got home and began to eat, I wasn't sure which chicken was which. But I was sure I'd be able to tell pretty quick. Unfortunately, it seemed I was eating orange chicken and orange chicken with chili peppers. No garlic flavor and no heat could be found anywhere in my entrees. The wontons were ok, but the sweet & sour sauce and teriyaki sause they had in cups at the register were not quite made correctly, especially the teriyaki sauce.
In summary, you get quick food at a decent price. If you you don't care about how it tastes, then you will leave pretty satisfied. For me, I firmly believe that the difference in good vs bad Americanized Chinese food...
