Valley Jewelry & Loan — Attraction in Moreno Valley

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not come here trying to sell your gold or precious metals, I called a day before I went in and I was told I would be given the spot price for my gold. I go in and the story changes saying they would only give me the spot price if I brought my own testing supplies? Then had the audacity to offer me 1400 for an ounce which is currently going for over 1800 at the moment I was dumbfounded and felt like I was getting played on the spot and left immediately after. I’d recommend recording any phone call you have with these people before you speak to them in person. I was serviced by a shorter heavyset Mexican man with an accent and in his early to mid 40s. I don't normally give five stars to any business, however there are some exceptions if it's true. I can honestly give Valley five stars. I used to drive all the way to Los Angeles to do business. Valleys prices are much better than LA. Valley gives you top dollar towards loans on jewelry or whatever you may have of value. The finance charges are affordable. Their purchase prices are awesome. So many items to choose from at great prices. I promise this place is amazing when it comes to business. I've compared them to other pawnshops in Moreno Valley, there's no comparison The atmosphere is so welcoming. Everyone is so friendly especially Jay. Best pawn shop in MORENO VALLEY, they always have new and random items for sale and at some good prices. And the beauty is if you know the art of bargaining then you just might leave out with a steal. I've seen some reviews that staff is rude and horrible prices this and that. Let me tell you something I've been coming here for a long time and the staff is awesome it's when some new customer comes in and doesn't get their way and starts the rudeness and insults themselves, this isn't your regular McDonald's where u think u can come in and be rude and the employees are going to just sit back and smile lol. As far as prices if you come and see for yourself why they have charge or only offer low amounts. You won't find these prices...
