West Virginia Junior College - Morgantown — Attraction in Morgantown

For the most part it is a good school. Teachers are willing to help you if you help them, some staff (financial aid is an exception; rude) is really helpful and will really do their best in anyway possible. However, credits do not transfer to other universities. The likely hood of them actually finding you a job after graduation is slim to none, that's all on you. They will rip you of your financial aid if you don't meet their supposedly "quarter full time hours." Their quarters don't match up, they label them as Summer, Fall, etc. But Summer could really mean spring, so on and so forth. Be prepared for a lot of headache regarding that. They don't provide any extra assistance like normal colleges do, so that's a bummer if you're a working parent and don't have a job. They'll give you the run around regarding receiving your diploma. Wvjc Morgantown is an awesome place to further your education and jumpstart your future! The staff helps you not only in the classroom but after graduation! As an alumni I can honestly say that the Career Placement department head Samantha has helped me not once, not twice, but three times to get a job after graduation! They truly care about the success of their students and do everything they can to help them with the material to make you a well rounded individual in the workforce. I have referred family members and friends to the school; all of which have thrived in their education and careers after graduation! How to describe my experience with this school. I would say first and foremost that the administration and the teachers genuinely and whole heartedly get invested in you as a person and a student. They will give you 100% if you are give them that in return. I loved my experience going to school online, and when I was finished I had a job in no time.
