I have been shopping here for the past 12 years and have never faced any issues with any of their products. Went to this place to order meat, and got the WORST experience ever. The elderly person at the meat counter is the worst. He treats you the worst. He will order the receipts for cutting in his own way and lots of favorism happening. I had to leave the shop after waiting for an hour. Everybody who came after me gotten their orders and he was purposely delaying it. Every time i ask him whats the status he says urs the next but it never comes. Al kareem store is known for its meat. I had called and ordered chicken drumsticks for a specific dish. We were in a hurry, so collected the chicken and left without checking it. When I opened the bag to marinate the chicken, I found out that the butcher gave me leg pieces that were cut into pieces of 1 inch! Who gives small chunks when asked for drumsticks! We had ordered 15 drumsticks and we were given many chunks! $50 gone waste. Never stepping into this shop! It ruined my plan to cook that dish. We had to rush to a nearby store to purchase proper...
