Red Polish Nail Bar — Attraction in Morrisville

I used to go to Hannah every time I went to Red Polish. Then when she left I tried Cindy. I had a mani and Pedi. Pedi from the one girl was great. Then it was Cindys turn for my mani. I needed a simple fill in. IT TOOK HER 2 HOURS! She kept leaving to go do other things while I was sitting there. I kept telling her I wasn't happy with the way my nails were turning out because she filed them way too narrow after I told her I wanted wide and they were filed one side higher than the other as well. After she kept telling me I just needed to wait till it she was done. After she was done, she put me back in her chair because they were croocked and misshaped. LIKE I TOLD HER FOUR TIMES.

Figured it was just a bad day for them so today I went back and Cindy was the only one who had an opening. She was even worse this time. I've never had a painful experience getting my nails done in my life. She gave me a whole new set which I didn't ask for. Insisted I use the color she wanted to use instead of what I wanted and when told her for the third time no, I wanted the color I chose, she started mumbling under her breath about how she didn't have time for this and started complaining to me and the nail techs around her. Once again, this was an hour and 45 minute visit from the time I sat down in Cindys chair to the time I left. She continuesly hit my hands and skin with her tools and didn't really seem to care. I now have super tender spots all around my nails from her. And she filed my nails down so much that I had to keep pulling my hands away from her tools. She knew it was hurting me but just got rougher.

Ive been coming here because they do SNS polish but the service is horrible. They are all rude and short with their clients. You dont need to speak their native language to know they are talking about you especially when they throw in a few English words like "hair color" obviously referencing my hair color stained nails from my job. I received a coupon for five dollars off and the lady got rude and rolled her eyes and spoke in another language to her coworkers and showed them my coupon and said they already gave me $5 off my sns mani pedi combo but of course I was unaware to this information because how should I expect to automatically receive five dollars off and not be able to use my coupon. Which is fine but it's how unprofessional they handle it that bothers me. They talk to you as if youre stupid and then laugh and talk about you in front of you. They do something weird with their finances as i had a frequent punch card that i got stamped twice for a mani and a pedi at my last apppoinment so i asked for stamps today. They only gave me one. Again i asked why it was a different number of stamps for the same service i recieved last time. Again they talked to me as if I'm stupid. Then i pull out my cash to pay my bill and they got all weird and said they would give me another stamp for paying cash as an incentive for using the cash. Weird. Besides all that, the place is Dirty and not updated on the inside. I will find a new nail salon...

I won't be going back.It was my first and last time. I paid a lot of money for a pedicure and nail tips with polish but definitely not worth it. My feet just as rough feeling after as before. The polish started chipping the next day. I picked one color for my tips. Even as she was putting on, I was telling her it was not the color I chose because it was too dark. She goes over and picks up a lighter shade and begins to go over the dark color. Of course the darker first coat is still visible. She tells me shes sorry and for me to come back the next day and she will fix. I pay the price she tells me plus a tip for both services even though I was not happy. I re-arranged my schedule so that I could go back for her to do the promised correction. When I get there the next day she tells me she did not charge me correctly the day before and I owe her $10.00 more (which was the amount I tipped btw). Of course she only tells me this after she has removed the polish from one hand. She said did not charge me for tips so thats why I had to pay the extra. I'm sorry but that's $10.00 I would have eaten to ensure I kept a customer. So I paid the $10.00, let her finish my nails and I left. Glow Nails or VIP nails wiill get my business from now on.
