Needs Businesses To Fill The Gaps.. Idk Why So Many Businesses Fail Here, But Then Again, Aldi & The Liquor Store, & The Smoke Shop are the only places worth noting, Pink Flower Vietnamese is a Self-Hyped Total Let Down, Shady Deals seemed great but apparently their own renovation killed them so they closed up shop which is... Pretty ridiculous, ive never seen a business with such a lack of Financial Management & Planning Skills... Anytime Fitness thinks that their miniscule little shack with maybe 50 machines is worth just over $30 per person, paid bi-weekly = over $60 a month & $120+ For Couples Seeking to exercise conveniently up the road but.. Yeah Planet Fitness, & Experience Fitness are literally 20x larger with a ton of perks literally right by Northtown, & both are $10/month each for a membership which has a courtesy +1 so couples can literally exercise in either of those 2 places which are literally worthy equivalents to being considered the Taj Mahal's of all fitness locations & enjoy the Dozens of Perks available there, rather than that little shack with no perks except the staff helping you establish a regimen one time per month, or else if you want to add in the 3 perks they have available your couples cost of $120+/month immediately becomes $240+/month... So im saying, Anytime Fitness / LA Fitness are literally the most outrageous priced location to work out in the entire state, plus they expect extended term commitments via contract & if you eventually come to your senses and realize they're robbing you blind, if you are solo on a membership, enjoy the $600 cancelation fee which also will surprise you later with the monthly payment costs × however many months were left on your contract.. Yeah, $600 literally cancels the contract, you still have to pay the entire cost of everything, except now all at once.. Worst.. Business.. Model.. Ever... So yeah, aside from that we got Dollar General which was great until a few months ago when they fired the staff & replaced everyone... The previous staff were great, the new staff are struggling to keep the shelves stocked, and no product means no sale so, im rooting for them though, they're nice people actually so, i hope the get their flow down & improve with time... And then $5 tan.... If you like them, cool.. I know nothing about them so I will not give an opinion as it wouldn't be based on actual experience, & would therefore be invalid & unfair to $5 Tan... I will say tho they do get steady business... So people do seem to mostly like them... Aldi is wonderful, Very convenient having it there, only complaint is at any given time 80%+ of the people parked there are parked like they've never driven any vehicle before this trip to aldi in their vehicle... Otherwise its great... And Tobacco View, The Tobacco Shop is easily a 5 Star Shop, Staff are all great, Prices are lowest around on the smokes i buy.. Love those guys, they're awesome, reallly.. Some stores in this mall closed during the Pandemic but there is still a good cross section of businesses in this small mall and across the street. The Aldi's expanded their floor space a few years ago. Dos Hermanos Mexican restaurant opened recently in the complex adding a 6th dining option: Little Caesar's Pizza and Pink Flower (Vietnamese) Restaurant are also in the mall area and Domino's Pizza, Sandwich King, and Burger King are across County Road 10. A hair salon recently opened next to Aldi's.
