We ordered 4 footlongs and a 6 inch. Sub. For the most part, the sandwiches were good except for one. Ran out of Roast Beef, didn't have any wheat bread and the other option turned out to be old. It was all hard when I got home. I used 3 coupons which the cashier said was fine. Turns out they over charged me over $20 something dollars.went in and spoke to the manager who proceeded to (not very happily) refund me but she did it wrong. I then woke to the Regional Manager, Kris. She says she would gladly send me the refund in the mail. Never received it. She says she left it at the store to be mailed out. Still no refund. I called her back and she was quite irritated and informed me she'd resend it. I am still waiting. When I called to asked for a manager over her, I was informed that I needed to find that info out myself. I'm still working on that. And it's such a shame because the other 3 footlongs were actually good. I will never go back to this store and recommend to all my family and friends to stay away because of the way the management handled...
Read moreEvery time I come to this location their vegetables look old Especially their lettuce which alright not such a big deal but today I walk in this gentleman took my order he looks new so I get it a new job and he’s learning how to do thing we’ve all been there that’s wasn’t the problem the problem was that someone should be there teaching him how to properly make the sandwich or correct him at the least the lady that was there wasn’t even paying attention and just told him he needs to learn when it came time to wrap my sandwich he couldn’t even cut it or wrap it properly while he’s trying his best to do so I’m just standing there watching how the sandwich Condiments get all over the wrap and how it rips I’m not a Confrontational type but I was viably upset bc first he messed the order up the sandwich was a little burnt and to top it off while it’s getting wrapped it’s getting everywhere and she just told him to go help the other costumers that she’s got it and wrapped it with the same wrapper I also work in fast food services and that’s just ...
Read moreThis subway may want to consider retraining staff… the guy taking my order did not communicate with us well. Also out of all bread besides flatbread, it was close to closing but still not the best. Would have been fine but we asked for a little mustard and he put A LOT on. He looked at it and I could tell that he knew it wasn’t right but he didn’t say a word. After, we asked him to add a little salt and pepper, which he was also put waaayyyyy too much on. So clearly the mustard was not a one-time accident. I was baffled and it was not a good sandwich in the end. Overall, the employee did not listen to what we asked for on the sandwich and made zero effort to correct his mistakes. Very sad sandwich.
Management…. please train your employees to the standards I’ve experiences at other Subways. Would’ve been super easy to correct...
