Went in about 6:30 on a weekday and was summarily ignored by all 3 employees while I stood next to the cash register, waiting to order. I made eye contact with every employee present and was never acknowledged. When I then walked out to go do my Little Ceaser's order and was quickly greeted and taken care of there. I then came back into this Caribou and explained why I felt slighted before. "There was another customer issue on the headset" is what I was told and that this customer was more important than me. However, if this headset interaction was so important, I'm confused as to why the employees were actively restocking and communicating about what goes where if there was another customer call going on that they "needed to give all their attention to". After making my order for a cold press, I eventually got it without a straw and had to come back asking for one. I overheard the employees talking about and laughing at me. I just want to be greeted like a human customer, get my coffee and go go home. I, nor any other customer, deserve the level of disrespect I experienced.

Read moreAs a supervisor at Caribou, I was kind of stunned by how some of the workers at this location treated my friend and I. Caribou is about welcoming guests and connecting with them because that's what keeps them coming back. We walked up to order and a woman named Linda put her finger up telling us to wait while she took an order for the drive thru. We waited patiently in line and then she finally asked to take our order. We started saying what we wanted and then she totally cut us off tobring someone in at the drive thru! After the transaction instead of asking if we'd like to keep our card she tosses both the gift card and the perks card. I told her one was perks and my friend planned on keeping the other card to upload more money. She digs them back out of the trash and then repeated our order told us to have a nice day(which you could tell wasn't very genuine at all) and started walking away. Before she turned I was asking for my receipt and she completely ignored me, so I had to get it myself. Overall each time I've come here 90% they are rude and definitely do not follow Caribou's...
Read moreIf i could give zero stars i would, i got a hot turtle mocha today and usually i have no complaints, but the horror i felt as i pulled out a long brown hair with something gray on top out of my mouth was incredibly disgusting and made me vomit twice, i haven’t eaten anything since and my throat hurts real bad. I also want to add that paying a tip should not be shoved in a persons face, the coffee is overpriced as it is.
