Cedar Creek Sports Center — Attraction in Mount Juliet

My family has had nothing but positive experiences at Cedar Creek. The staff and management are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are having a good time.

Several recent reviews have been negative saying that the management kicked them out and are racist. My family was at Cedar Creek the night in question and the staff was very patient and tolerant with this large group. The staff allowed the same people to race a second time after one particular girl drove through the loading deck like a ping pong ball putting the staff in danger. The second time we witnessed several people in this group wreck while driving the go carts. One flipped around and was driving backwards down the track. A different person rammed part of the loading dock and sent cones and tires flying barely missing a staff member. The staff then decided to end the race and asked the group to park. Several refused and passed the loading area on the first approach. Once they were in the loading area several drivers didn't use the breaks and rammed into the back of the carts in front of them. After these incidents the manager politely refused to sell the group more tickets in order to protect other customers as well as her own staff. My family and I love Cedar Creek Sports Center. We have been going there since I was a kid. Very affordable and has a very friendly, nice, and accommodating staff. Some recent reviews have been posted about the staff being racist due to an incident last night. My family and I were there last night for a birthday party. We witnessed a large group of teenagers being very negligent and reckless while driving around the track. They were running into each other to spin each other around, going the wrong way, driving at full speed through the loading area, ramming into each other at full speed, etc. At one point, one girl drove at full speed towards the loading area because she was looking over her shoulder and not paying attention to where she was going and came within 2 feet of one of the workers. I don't want to think about what would have happened if she had hit him. At that point, the workers stopped the ride but they continued to be reckless despite young kids also riding with their parents. My family loves Cedar Creek Sports Center! So many wonderful things to do such as putt-putt, go-karts, batting cages, bumper boats, and arcade games. Our baseball team has even utilized the covered batting cage facility for hitting practice. The staff is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best!

Several recent reviews from individuals regarding the staff being racist and rude are absurd. We were there this night for a birthday party and witnessed the shenanigans from these teenagers. More specifically, the reckless driving and behavior on the go-karts placing other children's lives at risk. It was only after their second trip around the track that an adult staff member was notified. I'm not sure what was said in the conversation between her and the "church group", but my understanding is that she did allow them to turn in any remaining go-kart tickets for refunds.
