Hardee’s — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

Because there's isn't a zero star. Hoping the GM and owner read these reviews. The sign all week said lobby now open.GREAT! 9:45a Sunday. Was looking forward to siting down and eating breakfast on Sunday morning after church. Got to restaurant and as usual drive thru line was around the building and out to the main road. Went inside. Got in line. One person ahead of me. No one waiting on lobby customers. Several employees milling around. Watched the manager trying to handle everything from the drive thru for about 5 mins while several more customers walked in and got in line. They employees all looked lost. One employee did eventually step up to wait on lobby customers. He could not get into the register so he asks the manager what to do. The manager told him "we're not taking any more lobby orders until we finish the drive thru". At this time there were about 15 cars in line, more on the road turning in and about 6 lobby customers. out of all the fas-food restruarants on the entire street this one os the worst. I've had the experience of both the drive thru and the dining room all are terrible service. The drive-thru was the worst. I personally sat there for a good 15 minutes waithing to just give them my order, then I drove up to the window to find out that the lady had my entire order wrong. After, waiting another 30 minutes for them to put my order together. i live with 'fresh hot' food. Get home everythings cold. To give you perspective my house is litterally walking distance from this place.everything was cold and all the 'specialty' items that I told the politly to leave off or put on were either still on or wrong. This same thing happened in the dinning room area. Not once but, this same thing happened three times. Now I used to work at the Mc Donald's right down the street so I know this is unexceptable in everyway, but this is terrible service and do not recomend this...

Stopped in around 9:30 am. Waited in line for 20 minutes for my order to be taken. The young girl taking the order was very nice and sweet. The rest of the workers acted like they wasn't sure what was going on. After everyone's orders were taken the manager decided to come out and help get everyone's orders out and she acted like she wasn't sure what was going on. I order a loaded omelet biscuit combo, the only thing on my biscuit was an egg with 2 of the smallest pieces of sausage. I order the omelet biscuit everytime i go to a Hardee's and they have always had everything on them except for this Hardee's. I was so disappointed in my meal. I spent $10+ for basically a egg biscuit. My potato rounds were so oily the oil was dripping out of the box they come in. This was the worst food I have ever had from Hardee's.
