Whataburger — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

The food was what I would expect from Whataburger. The service was deplorable. As we came in, the person in front of us was telling the staff they didn't receive their shake. Two staff made them a shake, resulting in one extra. One of the cashiers, Dakota, grabbed the extra one and took it to her friend who was sitting in the dining area, while another staff member was yelling, "you can't give that to her for free!"

After we were seated, it took 15 minutes for our food to come out. The fries were hot, but our sandwiches were cold. Oh, and while we were waiting, two staff members were pretending to fight, like throwing punches at each other, behind the registers. We asked the staff who brought us our order for ketchup, but she got distracted by taking the order of another staff member, so my husband had to go up and get it.

The entire time we were there, Dakota was yelling from the cash register to her friend in the dining area about moving out of her parents' house as soon as she was able. If Dakota wasn't yelling from the register, she was in the dining area talking loudly to her friend while the other cashier continued to work.

They have delicious hamburgers. They have other sandwiches and salads on the menu. They have a bunch of different sauces along with spicy and regular ketchup. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food came out really fast, and it was just like we ordered. It was hot and fresh, and they brought it out to our table along with condiments. It was very comparable in price to the other hamburger places, but it tasted so much better, and the hamburgers were really big. It was a lot of food when you ordered tge meal with fries. They also have onion rings. This was my first time eating at Whataburger, and I will definitely be going back again while I am here visiting my son. I would recommend them to everyone in the area looking for a delicious hamburger st stop in and...

To all the low IQ individuals reviewing this establishment with 1 star because it’s not open yet, yall should have your internet use revoked.

My girlfriend and I went to this location because we saw people inside and thought it was open. After we parked and walked up to the front door the manager quickly met us outside and said they’re not open yet they’re just training and that they open July 8th. The manager did however come out and give us burgers to take home and try without us asking (I guess they made them while training) and they were GOOOOOOOD! This place is gonna put McDonald’s and sonic out of business. We’re excited to come back and try more of the menu when they open fully.
