Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

So I’ve never had such a terrible experience anywhere. I never received my order so I called the store where I was first told they didn’t have my order, another store did. After calling around I was told they were the only store to have my order. I called back and they admitted to having it and then the lady who I was speaking to handed over the phone to another girl who I assumed was the manager. She was incredibly rude and she continuously kept cutting me off. She kept trying to explain that they were not able to see my information which I understood but I asked do I go to support for a refund or can they issue it, she never answered my question, instead she felt the need to keep interrupting me to make a point I’m not worried about. Her tone and behavior is disgusting she clearly needs further training.

I asked what her name was and clearly she was too embarrassed to give it to me because she then abruptly put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back twice and they never picked the phone up. If you’re going to treat people disrespectfully don’t be embarrassed and refuse to give them your name lmao. She needs to be fired, I had pleasant experiences multiple times in the past, but I will not order from the location again...

This taco bell is trash. I've visited this specific location by the Mt. Juliet ball fields on numerous occasions, and it's basically the same thing every time. The food is incredibly subpar, and they almost always mess at least one thing up on my order. Take for instance my last visit, I ordered a steak quesadilla. They didn't even cut the quesadilla correctly, and half of the dern thing didn't even have steak in it! It was essentially a cheese quesadilla with a little bit of steak thrown in. It was flat as can be. I understand prices are going up everywhere and they need to cut costs where they can, but that's just silliness. If you aren't going to put steak in the quesadilla, don't serve steak quesadillas! I will literally spend more gas to go to a taco bell at a different location rather than visit...

Asked for avocado ranch and when checking my bag before leaving noticed that we only got avocado salsa verde which was not what we asked for. When asking for avocado ranch the worker argued and stated rudely it was in the bag I pulled out the packets and stated that was not avocado ranch and she said “it’s the same thing” I asked for the correct one in the container and she rolled her eyes and pitched an attitude like I was being an inconvenience even though she had no problem charging me extra for the sauce. Finally she got the correct sauce and handed it to me with an attitude. You can clearly see they are not the same thing.

It would be one thing if I wasn’t charged for the sauces. If you don’t like your job I suggest leaving. It’s not that hard to just be a...
