Went to the Mount Laurel, NJ location for an exchange. One of the staff members saw me standing by the register, didn’t acknowledge me and when she finally approached me, she seemed aggravated. When I apologized for interrupting her as she was putting items away on the floor(politely) she seemed annoyed. And didn’t give me any response. She was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. This makes me very sad since loft has been one of my favorite stores for years. I been a loyal shopper for about ten years shopped a many different t locations and NEVER encountered such horrible customer service. I am discouraged to shop at this store as this is not the first time I have felt welcomed by their staff and...

Friendly staff always available to assist you. Their clothes are some of the best quality made items around. They carry a great variety of sizes and offer a wide selection during sake and clearance events. I have some items over 10 years old that still look...
