I went here to renew my passport and the experience I had was incredible. The woman on staff when I first walked in was extremely patient, helpful, professional, calm, supportive and welcoming. She was the best part of the store in my opinion. Her centering guidance and ability to diffuse stress while being up front about the process and multitasking at the same time was impressive. I've never met a more caring county employee, she definitely has customer service skills that are rare and awesome. I left the store with all of my questions answered and completed the process to obtain my new passport. Went for a passport renewal, there was a line to talk to the front desk about 5 deep when we arrived, but the staff did a good job trying to make sure everyone got taken care of promptly.

The check in process wasn’t bad either, and from there on out, everything was very smooth sailing. Staff in the back handling the passport applications were very friendly and professional.

It's in the same building as the school. There are a lot of signs to point you where you need to be for your passport.

I went on a weekday at around 1:30PM and there was only one other person there to submit their passport.

Staff was very helpful and patient. I was out of there in under 30 minutes. It wouldve been faster if I had filled my form out correctly and asked less questions though.
