Wild Bill's Tobacco — Attraction in Mount Pleasant

My fiancee and I have been weekly patrons at the Mount Pleasant location for going on three years now. Three days ago I went in after purchasing a battery from a distrubuter I have come to trust. I had my receipt. I had purchased the Yocan battery from them a week and a half prior. Two days before going into the store I picked up my rig and noticed a piece of the plastic by the battery port had chipped and come off and I had the piece with me. It was easy to examine by eye see there were no other skuffs or blemishes on the battery what so ever. Only damage was that described and I only wanted a replacement. The cashier that helped me was hardly kept with his mangey looking beard and unkept hair. Laughably though he had perfectly manicured fingernails that were longer than that of a woman. They were also painted much like a woman would go and have her nails done. They seemed to be giving him issues due to the length. Regardless, he told me that he couldn't replace it because the damage was cosmetic and he couldn't tell if I threw it on the ground intentionally. That to me was an insult. I take the utmost care of my things so for him to say something like that was just plain rude. My utensils are all kept in a padded case for traveling protection. Rarely do I put my batteries in my pocket, but when I do there is nothing else in the pocket and I wear a goose down coat. The padding around it then is more than adequate to keep it safe from breakage like that. I just would have thought that because of the length of patronage and money I have spent in that store I might have been treated a little better over a $15.00 battery. Needless to say I will be thinking twice before buying such devices in there again due to the return policy and lack of judgement on the employees part in making hasty customer service decisions that cost your store good business. I am so disappointed. The gentleman that checked me out was very nice telling me deals etc. handing out to customers slips to review them even if someone else was checking out from someone else which he did during my check. They got a free meal etc. it was busy because there was a line. I told him I needed basic menthol 100’s and needed 10 but wanted then out of the carton. He said no problem and took them out in the bag and I left. Didn’t realize till I got home he gave me THE WRONG ONES. He gave me basic light FULL flavor shorts. They burn faster being short , smell different cause there are stronger and not to mention FULL flavor not lights. there is a HUGE HUGE STRONGER FLAVOR. I won’t go to the other one in mt p because half the time they are out usually even tho your store is more expensive. Very disappointed and waste of a lot of money. I live on a budget so that is a big deal. I also live over 30 miles away. I usually go to Alma wild bills but didn’t want to because I was going right past your store. I never had this ever happen. Just such a disappointing turn of events. It a big loss of money and sadly there is nothing I can do. I’m just out the money and have to buy different ones and pay more money. Just sucks. I have however always been happy till now coming...

Chick with the blue hair banned me today after she asked me specifically if the flavors I was buying were my favorite and I said like I always do "they are for my husband" she looked at my ID then said she needed my husband's ID to verify he was of age (even though I am almost 40..)to sell them to me. Soo..kind of entrapment to ask in the first place.. she could see i was annoyed and i asked her why she would even ask..and that it was a new store policy for the last week..but I followed her rules and showed her his ID also then she said in her super condescending tone when I left to have a great day and I under my breath to myself said (almost to the door)will have a better day now that she's done being a btch to me. She yelled super loud from behind the counter that I was banned and not to come back to the store, followed and ran to the door so she could then take a pic of me in my vehicle...idk why she needed a pic of me if I was on camera which she also told me...anyway just ridiculous just to buy a vape pen. I will go to the other store...
