I've gone to this place for the last 4 years and had a pleasant experience up until this one time and I will NOT be going back .
I need someone to help me get intouch with the regional / district manager or the person above the manager of the team at NCG in Stone Mountain . I ran into one of the worst human beings in my life and on top of that I had my young son by my side while dealing with this disrespectful employee . The fact that I cannot get intouch with anyone else and he is refusing to give any information of his superiors to share my experience is the worst of it all .
He went so far as to say I couldn't do "anything about it" and "he'd like to see me TRY to do anything about it " because the manager above him doesn't recently visit (probably was a lie) and kept answering and hanging up in my face while throwing remarks about me being a woman when I called to complain .
. He is lightskinned , curly hair with gray in it but looks young in the face , about 5'8 and claims his name was "Sam" when I called . I visited at 9pm Monday July 22 .
UPDATE : Extremely disturbed on how I was treated by one of the enployees in your cinemas . I was treated unfairly , disrespected and the man I dealt with was aggresive and vulgar . One of the phone calls in the mist of him going "off" on me I asked "is this how you talk and treat your customers ? Most people get fired for this "
In turn he replied "I'd LIKE to see you try" and hung up in my face . .

Read moreThis was my 2nd bad experience at NCG of Stone Mtn. When I ordered my tickets I also ordered one small popcorn and 2 waters. I was being charged $6.95 for a cup of water each. So I ordered 2 bottled waters instead that was $2 cheaper. After charging me for the bottled waters they didn’t have any. I was refunded for the waters. When I looked at my account today there is no transaction of being refunded my money. As the previews started the sound was not working. It continued to not work as the movie started. Another customer went and asked 3X about this issue. It was not fixed. When we all went to request our money back they said they couldn’t and only offered complimentary tickets. We saw the first 5 minutes of the movie with no sound and that’s it. They basically could not start/play a movie I paid for and I couldn’t have my money back? The worst part of the experience was how the employees treated us. The cashier laughed and smirked the whole time he was giving us our complimentary tickets. If they had any customer service skills and had treated us better it would’ve been such a horrible experience. My 8 year old daughter was with me and it was sad to have her see such blatant disregard for people. I have been dealing with an injury and not able to work as much. I can’t afford to throw away $40+ dollars to NOT see a movie. I will unfortunately have to find another location to use the complimentary tickets but I think I’m done going to the movie theater. Read moreToday we went to see Toy Story 4 for sensory friendly kids like mines on the spectrum. The movie was early at 10AM myself and my family got there at 9:50AM. We was having a good time but notice that the movie wasn't starting anytime soon. It was about 10:45AM and nothing was happening. Other parents went to see what was happening ans they said technical difficulties. 10:50AM came around and some one came in to say the screen isn't working move into the next theater sorry for the inconvenience. He told us the movie was about to start. We went to the next theater and still nothing but we notice lots of people coming in. So finally another parent told us that they were combining the movie but keeping it SENSORY FRIENDLY and would give us coupons. This was a complete lie shortly after loud music and no lights followed. Yes they gave us coupons but actually cancelled our show and push us out. Anybody knows with kids on the spectrum loud noise and darkness is a no no until the child is comfortable. The staff was very inconsiderate and I feel just wanting to get the day going with regular shows. I was highly irritable but for my sake my little man was okay after I went to get him a toy!
