From the start the resturant was fill and the workers were extremely busy. My dinner date arrived before me and was sitted at a table. I walked in and I observed the staff zooming around hurriedly moving passed eachother at the speed of light. My dinner date informs me that our waiter was extremely busy. Now to me that means less service. I sit down and wait only to find a different waiter come to the table and explain that he was helping out the current waiter of the table. He gives us our drinks of course first, and then we order salads. My companies salad has many onions and my salad one piece. Of course he must take it back and place more. I then realize there was no cheese on my salad. He then goes to bring us cheese as a topper. My salad dressing being ranch was watered down. So I dont recommend getting the ranch dressing. Our meals come out. Luke warm. Nothing is worst than a Luke warm meal. Here is the catch. Our main entry was brought out by a third waiter. In terms of how the meal looks, both plates looked wonderful. However, there was no seasoning in both of our meals. Looks like a case of rush by the cook to just fulfill the orders. I ordered the fried chicken and my dinner date ordered steak. He doesnt recommend ordering the steak. I think that if you order the chicken you may want to order it early on in the day. Maybe you can get it hot and seasoned when the cook isnt so busy. Then for the wonderful desserts. Just my luck I ordered the one thing that's ate up an hour before I asked for it " Oreo Cheese Cake ". My opinion is you should never run out of popular desserts. Always have more than enough for your customers. My company received his without any problems. I give this resturant a three stars. The food is okay but I wouldn't necessarily have ever go back to eat here....
Read moreThis place is like a casino. There is no concept of time, and there are people there at any time of the day, and all through the night. You can walk in there at 3 in the morning and there will be 20 other people in the restaurant. You leave, hours later, with no recollection of the speed that time has actually passed. While the menu has anything for any occasion, going from stir fry to pancakes to Philly cheese-steak, what I really plan my trip around when I head that way is the dessert. Upon walking in, you are welcomed by a wall of cakes and pies, some of the most beautiful you will ever lay your eyes on. The serving sizes are incredibly generous, so plan on splitting it with someone, getting a to-go box, or wearing an elastic waist band. The staff has always been playful and upbeat, and the prices are great. My favorite, which I have never managed to snag a picture of because I always dig into it before remembering to take a picture worthy of representing its true beauty, is the blondie. It's a cake made with layers of different styles of cake with the bottom tier being my favorite: cheesecake. The carrot cake, which is featured in the picture included, is heavenly as well. They have traditional desserts such as red velvet, key lime pie, and oreo cheesecake, but they also have lots of creative ones like the blondie already mentioned, the raspberry cheesecake, butter finger cheesecake, and so many more. My sweet tooth could make me run my mouth on and on, but I've got to wrap this review up before I drown my...
Read moreThis place was great! Everyone in our group seemed really happy with their meals, and our waiter took all 17 of our orders by memory!! That's quite impressive!
I ordered 12 mild wings and onion rings. The wings were fine, I would say average wings. I expected the onion rings would be actual onion rings where you have the slices of onions dipped in batter and fried, but instead these were the onion rings made of onion pieces and batter that is extruded into rings and then usually frozen and flash fried to order (not quite what I had expected, but it was my fault for not clarifying ).
However, the real reason to come here is for the cake. There is so much cake. There aren't words for the amount of cake they have available, and all of it looked incredible. I would come here just for the dessert (although if you're lactose intolerant, bring a bottle of lactaid with you). I should have taken a photograph of the cakes but honestly I was so overwhelmed by how many cakes there were I forgot to take a picture.
I don't even remember what kind of cakes we ate I just remember that we ordered cakes and we ate lots of different types of cakes. All of the cake was delicious! I know this isn't very helpful or detailed, but I promise if you come here and have cake, it will be a fantastic experience! 😂🎂
Bonus, they're right next to Netherworld this year, so you can have dinner and go to Netherworld after (or...
