I just booked a pedicure on ClassPass and a full set. The full set looks not great but I was actually hurt by “Tina” I told her 3-4 times you’re hurting me and she didn’t care she kept going and I said at one point please just let me leave. I even told the owner what her full name was to look into her license and Jenni wouldn’t even tell me. They didn’t try and help but forced me out. Reported with OSHA too. DO NOT GO HERE
UPDATED - the owner said in her nasty, gaslighting message, that I did not try and stay and talk. YES I DID, I told Tina for over an HOUR she was hurting me and the nails were not cured properly. She kept hurting me more to prove a point. Then finally when I said I’m scared I need to leave, because I keep getting retaliated against , is when Jenni’s just got there and tried to talk. JENNI refused to tell me her name, and then tried to get me to come back, when I told her I’ve been hurt and I have asked you to stop over 10x and now I’m bleeding. Jenni salon lady - also did not cure my nails right - which attached a photo too which is time stamped. Since miss Jenni says I’m lying, I told her they’re not cured right and they got mean and hurt me to retaliate, here I am three days after posting my initial review and when I came in with all my nails off that I spent $140 for . THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND SO IS JENNI. She is lying because she knows Tina doesn’t have an actual license, or because she knows she actively...
Read moreI have just had the worst nail experience of my life. They were obviously overbooked and were rushing everyone. I showed her a design and she said that they don’t have that glitter so I picked a different glitter, she just seemed like she did not want to do it. Then she proceeded to do the worst job at cutting my cuticles, I looked almost better when I came in. And then when it came for the glitter application she did it way I have just had the worst experience of my life. She then started to apply my glitter before she had applied the French ombre tip . I had to remind her that the glitter comes after the white polish, which was so obvious… So she had to remove and redo. Then as it was coming towards the end I mentioned that I feel like my cuticles were not cut properly, I waited until now to give her enough time just in case she would do it at the end or something… She then told me that it was because of the filing process that my nail cuticles looked like that. And then proceeded to finish with oil. As I left I was looking at my nails and realize that a portion of one of the nails was already coming off as she had painted over my skin and that portion was peeling. I cannot believe I had to pay $40 for the service. Not to mention she got up about 8 times to answer the phone, serve other...
