Telluride Ski Resort Weddings & Events — Attraction in Mountain Village

We got married in Telluride last weekend at San Sophia Overlook and had the Reception at Gorrono Ranch and I cannot express in words what a perfect (albeit a little bit rainy) day it was! From the moment I first laid my eyes on that venue I knew we had to find a way to make it work for our wedding! San Sophia is the most breathtakingly beautiful location I have ever seen, and then pair that with the mountain-meets-barn rustic beauty that is Gorrono Ranch! It’s perfection! Absolutely stunning and more than I could have ever dreamed of having for my wedding day! Then, on top of that, they have an incredible staff inside and out! We worked with Piper and Alex to coordinate the flow of the Reception - the food and wine was incredible! We offered guests the steak (which Gordon cooked to absolute perfection!) or the trout, both massive hits! Even the vegetarian option was raved about by guests! They organized it so that guests were immediately met with champagne upon arrival and offered decadent canapes during cocktail hour! We added on a separate whiskey and cigar bar, which was a HUGE hit with the guests, as well as a s’more bar by the bonfire on the deck! They provided outdoor games (jenga, cornhole) and even brought out midnight snacks at the end of the night for people to snack on before going home! It was so well executed and so delicious! The staff were all so amazing all night and we could not have asked for any better! We are so so appreciative for all that TSG did to make our big day...

The Telski wedding team was fantastic to work with! We primarily worked with Tiffany, who is a gem, but each person we met with as part of the larger wedding planning process was extremely considerate, kind, professional, and responsive! This past Summer, we had a very fun wedding tasting up at Gorrono Rach to talk through all the possibilities and the team made the process such a fun & unique experience. Then the Telski team worked so hard to help us pull off our logistically complicated wedding (aka a winter wedding at Gorrono Ranch, which required snowcats, limited window to set-up, a staging area for guests to hang out, etc.). Also extremely appreciated was their attention to details when setting up Gorrono Ranch as a wedding venue, cute ideas (like having a custom ski sign made for us), and most amazingly, their estimate for budget as almost exactly what it ended up costing, so they're not hiding any fees or charges for post-wedding.
