Rude employees. They confront people over masks when they themselves can be seen constantly not wearing theirs. They yell at passer byes for riding their bikes in a dismount zone yet they can be seen riding back and forth themselves. I popped in to see the new store as I didn't get a chance last summer nor on my first trip this summer. I own two giants and a norco and was excited to see the store. Was treated like dirt by two smart mouth employees. I happen to know a few locals and according to them, and sponde local restaurants, this shop is known to be rude and for mistreating its customers. We stay in the Granita building, in fact the condo right above them. We can hear them and how they act all day. Do yourself a favor and hit the other two bike shops in the village. Been using these for years without issue. Have purchased bikes and gear from those shops no problems. I video taped my experience at Neve Sports but elected not to include it on my YouTube channel. I should tho. The owner here needs to remind this staff where the revenue comes from, as they clearly...

I have never experienced such fabulous customer service from a ski rental shop & I’ve been to many over the years. Jacque was fabulous when making my initial reservation & he reached out to me with the demo skis available that he felt were comparable to what i requested. I forgot my boots at home & Jacques response “no problem! We’ll bring you a pair”. The delivery to the ski lodge was such a nice touch. I had a change of plans from my initial rental & again Black Ties response “no problem”. The team that works in the mountain village location were extremely helpful & Brook went way beyond to help find a pair of boots that would work. She is THE BOMB!! Not only do they deliver the equipment to you they also pick it up at your location.Ya gotta love that customer service! And, when researching ski rentals in Telluride they were the least expensive!! Whats not to love about...
