I ordered a drink there which I thought was going to be your typical lattee. It was not, it was very bitter with a swirl of whip cream on top. I asked if I can get a different drink because usually coffee shop would remake it to please their customers. Sadly, the owner there was rude. She chuckled when I told her I wasn’t familiar with their drinks there. We talked across the room with other customers around. It was embarrassing so I walked over to her to politely asked for a different drink to avoid causing a scene. In the end she agreed to just dilute my drink with milk so its not bitter. I’m surprise with the poor rating this place has, the owner continue to avoid fixing the issues. The owner is being cheap rather than displaying good customer service.
