I have never been so disrespected or treated so badly by anybody that runs a business like the owners of this establishment treated me! The husband and wife are so rude and disrespectful. The husband has no respect for women. He yelled at me over the phone when I was trying to ask him if we could take the water slide after 5. Their contract clearly states that they charge $20 for each additional day the slide is not returned. When I called to ask him he did not even let me finish talking before he started yelling at me saying I'm not picking up the slide, and going on about how I just ruined his day. When he finished yelling I said well that's not what I was going to ask you, I was gonna ask how much you charge if I take it after 5pm and he told me $50. This man is so unprofessional, I don't know what the point of the contract is, if he charges whatever he wants. He was also called me 13 times in the span of an hour. He sent me a text message that he would charge me double if I did not return the slide by noon. I did not answer him after he yelled at me. I will not take verbal abuse from anybody. All in all I had his slide returned an hour after the time he had told me. I do not recommend this place at all. There are so many other places that people will treat you right. I was not asking for freebies, I was gonna pay what I had to. I understand there are fees associated when the slides are not returned as specified but he could have avoided the yelling the being disrespectful and just the all around attitude he had and then he started setting different prices just because. I also had to cancel my debit card because I felt insecure of him having my information. I don't understand how these people are still...
