Mattress Firm Trancas Street — Attraction in Napa

I went to this store looking to buy an Intellibed mattress. Ashley A. greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed help. I asked about a specific Intellibed mattress, which they did not have in store, and she started calling the stores around to see which one had it. She gave me the address and explained how I can get there. I visited that specific store and the sales people were so pushy and desperate to sell so I decided to leave and I went back to this Mattress Firm store, in Napa, where Ashley A. works. I ended up buying from Ashley A. and here it is why: Ashely was kind and treated me with respect regardless of whether I would buy something or not. She listened to me and took he time to understand exactly what I needed and then explained clearly the difference between several products. She did not push me to make a decision. She was honest in every aspect of the transaction. A week ago I got delivery of my dream mattress and it is fabulous. I am super excited with this purchase and I would buy again from this location. So happy with my experience at Mattress firm! My partner and I drove to the Mattress Firm on Imola Avenue to test out their Purple Mattress Restore Premier, however they did not have it in store. Kirk did a phenomenal job at talking to us about the differences in the purple mattresses and let us try out some tempur-pedic. Kirk did not pressure us at all and actually recommended us to go to the Mattress Firm on Trancas Street since they had the mattress we were looking for.

Which leads me to write this review, Antonio greeted us at the Trancas Street location with such great energy. Right off the bat, my partner and I felt so comfortable with him. He let us try out all the purple mattresses and spoke to us candidly about his experience with the different type of mattresses. My partner and I were both interested in finding a mattress protector that was waterproof. We asked many many questions - Antonio went above and beyond and let us try spilling some water on the samples for us to see the waterproof cover in action (which sold us on purchasing it). I bought a bed from them along with a "protect-a-bed" allerzip encasement. Long story short the so called waterproof encasement failed (cat peed on it while I was away on vacation). Sent it in and they (protect-a-bed) replaced the encasement NOT the mattress which is what their warrantee states and what I was told multiple times by the employees at sleep train. The second encasement failed, same cat peed on the bed again. Sent that failed encasement in, talked to an employee at sleep train, got no where. Talked to a manager at sleep train and they couldn't do anything. I'm still having to deal with protect-a-bed 5 months later worked my way up to a manager who seems to be too busy to deal with customer service claims. I would think spending $1,500 in merchandise would get you more than an I can't help you good luck.
