Boho Lifestyle — Local services in Napa

I visited Boho in downtown Napa this morning—and it will absolutely be my last. After spotting the store the night before and being intrigued by the stylish display, I made a point to return before leaving town, expecting a warm boutique experience.

While the clothing and jewelry offerings are indeed beautiful, the same cannot be said for the staff or the customer service. I spent 17 minutes browsing—clearly interested, clearly present—and not one of the three employees on duty acknowledged me. No greeting. No offer of assistance. Not even eye contact. I was one of only two customers in the store.

The silence and indifference were deafening. I’ve received more attention walking past a store than I did standing in the middle of this one.

Ultimately, I walked out without making a purchase—despite being genuinely interested in several pieces. Why spend money where you’re treated like an inconvenience?

First I fell in love with the clothes, then I fell in love with the staff! As soon as I told Bulah that I was heading a country music festival, she went into full stylist mode. She new just what would work for my body type--busty and curvy, and brought me all the right things. I left with two dresses, cowboy boots, jewelry, and a little top. As a curvy girl, I usually get overlooked in boutiques like this because people assume I can't shop there. They really made me feel special and appreciated that we all deserve something cute to wear! This review is long overdue! I am in love! Indra has definitely found the perfect nitch for napa. I only recently learned hiw knowledgeable she is upcoming fashions, not to mention her incredible sense of style. Her staff is incredible as well! I had a style session with Devin along with my friends and she is amazing at what she does.
