I visited this boutique just over a year ago during a bachelorette trip and found a super cute set of earrings and a top for a night out, the next morning I realized I had lost one of the earrings I had bought and loved and unable to stop in to the store before heading back to San Fran for an early flight I called the store to see if I could purchase another set and have them mailed to Florida, the awesome staff took pictures and sent me multiple options including the set I had lost one of, I ended up buying 6 sets of earrings that they mailed to my home in Tampa, Florida. My only regret is that this store doesn’t have an online shopping option because I would love to purchase more of their unique items and have them mailed to me! Boutique fashion store on 1st St in downtown Napa. Walked in and barely received a hello. I looked around for a minute or two and saw a bunch of overpriced items, however the most off putting was the lack of customer service. The only person working the store never asked if I needed assistance finding anything and didn't say goodbye when I left - nearly zero communication. Having worked in retail and the customer service industry for a long time, I expected a bit more from a customer service perspective and I may have bought something. I went a block away and spent $80 on 2 sweaters since they did a better job of making me feel welcomed. The owner Becky went above and beyond to get me a swimsuit they had already sold out of!!! I wrote a simple message on instagram asking if they would get more in stock, and she made it happen. Not only did she do that but she ordered me two sizes to make sure it would fit.
