A month or so ago I bought a few vapes, then at the register I asked for 2 packs of Juul pods. At that point he told me there was no returns policy for the Juul pods which I didnt think anything of since I wasnt planning on returning anything. When I opened the Juul pods later they were all leaking. Not just a little bit either, like at least a third of the pod leaked and was pooling vape juice in the packs. Not just 1 or 2...all 4 pods in both of the packs I bought. Thats not a coincidence. There is no doubt in my mind they knew about the defective pods or else they would not have said "no returns" specifically and only for the juul pods. Nothing was said about returns when I was buying the Elf Bar and other vape, only when I asked for the Juuls. I've never had someone say that at the register to me while buying Juul or any other type of vape. I would have come back to the store to complain and get my money back but unfortunately I don't live in the area. If you buy Juuls from here I would open then in store and make sure they arent leaking out. Take them out of the pack and out of the colored...

1st off. I don't like writing reviews. I've got more important things to do. But this place is place deserves it. Great place to buy Tobacco. I buy the bags and roll my own. This place has the best prices for the brand I smoke within a 50 mile radius. The people who work there are also very friendly. Last time I bought a bag the gentlemen checking me out gave me a free lighter. Small things like that really keep a customer loyal. I drive 20 miles to get there. But Tobacco tax in Mass is ridicules. Gladly drive to NH to save 20 bucks then save another 15 because their prices are so...

Friendly service, not a huge selection of vape, but a solid one, and they're happy to order what they don't have. Very gratuitous owners and staff went above and beyond for me. Amazing prices, amazing service. I drive over an hour and a half to come here (Massachusetts vape ban) and I look forward to the trip because of how I'm treated. Easily the best vape shop I've ever been to.

The outside storefront appearance needs a little work, but don't judge the book by its cover. This place is top notch.
