Maybe if you look like you have deep pockets you'll get great customer service. Was ready to purchase a record from their mediocre selection. Guy was on the phone, didn't acknowledge me, I waited several minutes and yet he continues to just keep chatting on the phone without even apologizing. His coworker couldn't care less there were customers in line, not being rung up. Apparently they don't want your money unless you're ready to drop some serious cash.
