I give plenty of 5 star reviews but not here. Stay away from the Nashua Spit Brook Rd location. So many issues I'm going to start small and move up from there. No large cups out. Have to ask for them but no sign indicating this. It's apparently common knowledge for those that come here frequently as multiple people went right up and asked like they knew. My wife went up and asked and was told they bring them behind the counter when the younger kids are around. Seriously? If that's your policy, come up with something else to tell the customer. No napkins out, had to ask. Panera papaya passion green tea is a favorite of mine. Always consistent wherever I go but not here. Very weak. Diet Pepsi was running clear. My wife told someone and they told someone else. My wife goes up 5 min later and still out. She asks and the person says, oh, I was told it was out but did know anyone was waiting? Again, seriously? No fork with my order, had to ask. Forgot my chips as well. My strawberry poppy seed salad tasted like someone prayed a fine mist of dressing on it. Again, very weak in the dressing. My wife's salad had no tomatoes when it was supposed to. Fine if your out but put up a sign. The only saving grace was the lobster was very good. Seemed very fresh. To top it all off.. . Men's room has a single sink and single soap dispenser below the sign that reminds all employees to wash hands. Yep, it was out of soap. Don't care if it just ran out. If it's the only sink in the bathroom you make sure it never gets low. Seemed like a combination of don't care and doing things cheaply. I'll visit Panera again...
Read moreI ordered 2 You pick 2's "rapid pick-up" with the Panera app. My order included 2 baguettes and 2 bread bowls (which my fiance and I were craving and cost an extra $3). The whole idea behind "rapid pick-up" was to avoid standing in line to receive my order. When I got to this Panera, my order wasn't waiting for me on the "rapid pick-up" shelf (a little annoying, but not a huge deal). So instead of avoiding the line, I was now forced to stand in it to find out where my order was. When I finally got to the cashier I found out they held my order because they were out of french baguettes (a little more annoying since bread is in the name, but whatcha gonna do?). I was able to cope with the lack of baguette by convincing myself the bread bowl would be enough. When I finally got my food home I was extremely disappointed and incredibly annoyed to discover the bread bowls my fiance and I were craving (and essentially the whole reason for ordering from Panera in the first place) were nowhere to be found, but were absolutely paid for! I know this sounds petty, but there's something I like to call general principal. When using an ordering method called "rapid pick-up" and paying extra (regardless of the amount) to order bread products from a restaurant named Panera BREAD, you expect certain things. Needless to say 3 strikes and you know the rest. I will not be patronizing this particular Panera again. Good luck to those...
Read moreI have NO idea why this happened but it did. My kiddo and I went here to eat on Black Friday. She ordered the Mac N Cheese & two white milks. I ordered ONE plain bagel turkey sandwich and small fountain drink. I asked for light (small amount) of mayo and lettuce only. I got charged $20 for ONE BAGEL SANDWICH. Not only did they screw up the order, they gave me TWO bagel sandwiches that were leaking mayo (GROSS , who eats a pound of Mayo on anything? Sick.) but they put tomatoes on it, which I am allergic to, on TWO bagel sandwiches. Then I spoke with a manager, explained the problems with my order- that I only wanted one plain bagel turkey and lettuce sandwich. The lady said she would refund my card, They NEVER refunded me at all, I paid over $45 for myself and my kidd, just two meals.!!!TOTAL RIP OFF! NOT TO MENTION THE LADY YELLED AT ME loud enough to embarass and BROADCAST MY PERSONAL food allergy. She was a JERK!WHY WOULD I SAY THAT IF I DIDN'T FRIGGIN ORDER stupid tomatoes in the 1st place. NEVER AGAIN COMING TO...
