For those who don't know Panda Express is the large Chinese American fast food joint they in the past specialized in being a staple to most small food courtsthey're far from being the best Chinese food you could ever get they're not authentic they don't use the most exotic ingredients in the world but at the same time don't get me wrong they are far from the worst they are very consistent they put out a good product time and time again at every location you go to The overall thing I would have to say is if you're expecting the world you're going to be disappointed but the same time it's better than your average Chinese food restaurant particularly because of the consistency their orange chicken their spring rolls those two for me are go to's every time but also how it is something even at stand-alone restaurants of their chain you still have the counter you still have everything laid out it's far from going to your local Chinese restaurant but at the same time in a sense it is better because you see right into the kitchen You see the food they're making you see the food that's already been prepared The only downside in my opinion to going to this location in Nashua New Hampshire would be that you could not at this current time of January 6th 2021 still eat in the restaurant which in my opinion is really unfortunate there are countless restaurants across the state of New Hampshire which that's completely fine and it would have added to the experience at the very least made it a bit more easy because otherwise you're stuck bringing it home or eating in your car which isn't ideal personally I go out to a restaurant I want to eat at the restaurant some people are different but this is my own thing I can cook pretty damn good and it's usually at this appointment if I'm at a place and I can't just eat that The reason why I'm not going to cook something better at home is usually because I don't have enough time when I'm deciding to go out to a restaurant So that being said knowing what this place is I gave it three stars and would happily give it four if they actually let you eat in the restaurant mind you it would take a lot for in my opinion to get to five but I've been to authentic restaurants and I've been to different restaurants even in Thailand Japan China So I think I'm being generous with all that being said So so in closing I would say for some good consistent cheap Chinese food go to...
Read moreHeck yeah, the excitement is real! I have waited for a Panda Express to come back for years! Ever since they took the one out of the Pheasant Lane Mall, I would have to go up to Portland Maine to have Panda Express. So happy to have this place back in Nashua! We came here during a dinner rush. Place was absolutely packed to the brim, with not even a single place to sit down. Unfortunately, we had to wait to even have our order taken because they were out of so many things. Other people before us were also waiting for new food to be brought to the line to serve. By the time we were able to order food, the place had mostly cleared out. Tables were a tad dirty but they had no one to clean the tables because they were all still trying to get caught up on the line. I had made my way down to the register to pay. My daughter was jumping up and down for a bottle drink. All of them were warm. I thought, they're refrigeration isn't working. I asked the cashier if he had a cold apple juice in the back, and he came out with a cold on from the back for my daughter. We paid, and grabbed some napkins, and wiped off a table. (No problem, the hype for this place is real, I get it) Eventually, they slowed down enough that someone could come out into the lobby and clean things up. P.S. They actually keep the drinks cold at the counter with Ice. They were so busy that the ice had melted and the drinks had gone warm. Unfortunately, I also see this being an issue, as their ice machine is so small. If it stays busy like it was when I came in, and all that ice needed for those drinks, in this hot summer weather, they will never...
Read moreVERY DISAPPOINTED with my first visit to this location. Saturday evening just about 45 minutes before closing. I ordered fried rice and orange chicken. Orange chicken and fried rice luke warm. Fried rice somewhat bland. We had just spent last year in Ventura CA. Both Panda Express locations in Ventura has consistently had HOT food and VERY FLAVORFUL fried rice. We would order food to go and drive 15 to 20 minutes home open cartons and have HOT food. Above location we ordered to eat inside and had a 15 to 20 second walk to our table only to find my orange chicken cold. I asked the employee behind the counter if the hot plate was on, she told me yes. Asked for the manager. Manager very professional/polite and apologetic. Was told that the air conditioning blows cold air down on the food. Lame excuse! My wife developed stomach ache on way home! Strongly suggest food be consistent across ALL Panda Express locations across the USA. Also train ALL employees to CONTINUALLY check for proper food temperature! Even if its 45 minutes to closing ALL food items should be stocked (almost half of items VERY low or out. We LOVE Panda Express but was very disappointed with this location. I hope to see a Panda Express in Concord...
