Do not recommend. Zero communication unless you initiate it. Rude and unprofessional. Company has to be reminded each time they are called about who you are and what repair needs to be completed. Plus, when they attempted to work with the warranty company they didn't get anywhere. So, they asked me to handle it and said they were "done".

He came to fix a TV under warranty and the conversation that we had was really great, while he was working to get it fixed.
