Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a cake for my sister's birthday online. I drove approximately 20 miles to pick up the $40 cake. It looked as if it had been dropped and pushed together by hand. It was almost disgusting. Staff obviously agreed and offered me a cake from the display case. Nothing close to the cake I had pre-ordered. Just a sheet cake. I took the cake because I was in a bind. I asked for a discount. They had to call the manager. I didn't get a discount. However, the manager did leave a message apologizing for the mess up. To top it off, the cake was not fresh. Tasted like it had been in the display case for a long long time. This location stay to pack up with customers to where the employees is all over the place for me just to ordered 2 buckets of butter pecan packaged ready lol sad when you see me there waiting for you to cash me out but to confuse to me to come up lol sad business so they have bad issues with Time Management Skills but they ok with customer service so im ok if they just pick up they services more better because they need to have A separate line for ice cream package ready freezer only customers verse the ones is getting ice cream made and etc not fair for the customers to wait for others to sit there and waste time because they don't care about nothing so please pick up Time Management...

Their hours online are listed as 10pm for closing. We arrived at 9:30 and they looked as though they were closing up. The hours were posted on the door as well and stated 10pm. I knock on the door and was ignored by the three staff members inside despite them being close enough to touch. When one of them finally decided to acknowledge me, she said that they were closed and was very rude about it. She then said they close every night at nine, with an attitude that seemed to say I should know that.
