As a 20 year chef a world traveler and a lover of delicious food I can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant.

People/staff: Extremely attentive and very friendly while staying professional.

Atmosphere: Vibrant and warm. Not too bright & not too dark. Sitting at the bar or in a booth you can’t go wrong.

Now to my favorite part of a review, the food:

You sit down and you’re greeted with a warm smile and warmer tortilla chips that are always fresh accompanied by their homemade salsa. The salsa isn’t too spicy at all but lots of flavor.

This is now my 3rd visit and after having the street tacos, California burrito, consume, elotes, and then today the best breaded steak torta (sandwich in the photo) what can I tell you.

Steak in the tacos and burrito and even the breaded steak was cooked to perfection. The flavor of the steak is one of the best I’ve had in years. The torta though is hands down the best torta in all of Nashville. The bread is fresh and warm when it comes to you, the tomatoes were vibrant and not at all skimped out on. All of the produce they use has that fresh snap and coloring as well.

The rice and beans that I subbed instead of fries was delicious and came out on a very hot plate but perfect temperature to eat. This prep of heating the plate isn’t found very often at these types of restaurants usually. Attention to detail is 10/10.

we tried this place last nite..oh my! there were eight of us and everyone agrees it's fabulous..several in the group had margaritas..they are two for one all day everyday..my husband and i had draft beer..the glasses were cold and the beer colder..just the way we like it..the salsa was homemade and very tasty..the chips were really fresh as well..we shared a single chx fahitas and ate all we wanted and still have some left for an omelet..they give a choice of black beans and that's what we had..we also had corn tortillas for a change..even the rice seemed extra good..it was not a big mushy pile..one in our party had the street tacos and they looked really good too..the menu has several items if you're not in the mood for mexican..they offer several different hamburgers..one of our party ordered wings with habanero sauce and she really enjoyed them as well..our server was hayleigh and she did a great job too..we will...
