Once I checked in and headed to my room the door was cracked open. As a woman who travels by herself that’s dangerous and terrifying. I shut the door and went to grab something from my car, came back and the keycard didn’t work at first and had to go back to the office to get it fixed. When I got back to my room, I went to the bathroom and noticed the walls were chipping really bad. I then went to wash my hands and opened the hand soap on the sink, just for a rusty nail to fall out. They didn’t have any shampoo nor conditioner. They didn’t even have towels in the room, I had to get some from the front desk. The lamps were highly dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. There was a questionable stain on the one chair in the room. And after seeing all that I checked for bugs (because I didn’t trust it). Luckily no bed bugs from what I could see but something did bite me while I was sleeping because I woke up with bug bites. It was quite an Absolutely no bugs NOT ONE BUG none at all .. that was wonderful. You can tell they have been slowly trying to update the hotel the room I had was large , smart tv with cable , sitting chair an ottoman, an small table an desk chair with lamp an the king bed microwave an fridge the bathroom was large an clean the carpet was clean it didn't smell bad like smoke or weed smell .. any time I left an came back someone asked me what room I was in the staff seamed very nosey probably just keeping out the rift raft they don't have an elevator they do have a nice sitting area in the middle of the hotel that could be amazing space with some plants an if the water Fountain was working i would add some koi fish in it. The space would a one of a kind area

Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. Arrived and waited a long time at the entry window, as the doors to the lobby were locked. The entry smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. After the lady at the front desk finished a phone conversation and an email, she yelled from the front desk instead of opening the doors and letting me in. I asked about checking in to the room that I had reserved weeks ago and she claimed the reservation could not be found - even though I only ever told her the last name on the reservation and she magically knew my first name. I had the paperwork to show my reservation, but she refused to look at it and told me I would need to book a room online. I know she wanted to sell me the same room at three times the price. We left and, luckily, got our money back. I have stayed in hotels all around the country and this one will go down as one of the worst customer service experiences. I would stay away...
